For added convenience, we offer the option to insure your package.
What will Package Insurance cover?
If you choose to add package insurance at checkout, you’ll be protected against verified claims for damaged, lost, stolen, or missing packages.
In the rare event something goes wrong during shipping, we make it quick and easy to file a claim. If approved, you’ll receive either a refund via gift card or a reshipment of your order.
To protect your order, make sure “Package Protection” is added to your cart before you checkout. If you have protection turned on, you will see it appear as a line item during the checkout process.
How do I file a claim?

Please note that you’ll only be able to file a claim if you purchased package protection when placing your order.
How long does it take for my claim to get resolved?
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for our Claims Management Department to process to your claim request.
How long do I have to make a claim?
You can submit a claim up to 30 days from the date your order was deemed delivered.
