What is your Return/Exchange policy?Updated 15 days ago

We are committed to the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unwashed, unworn, and includes the original tags.

Please note that all items listed as "final sale" are unable to be returned or exchanged, and we do not allow any exceptions to this policy. 

Additionally, for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on face masks or coverings, balaclavas, compression bottoms, underwear, or socks.

US and Canada

U.S. and Canadian customers will have the option to add Prepaid Returns at checkout.

• If selected, ASRV will cover the cost of all returns and exchanges.
• If not selected, customers will be responsible for purchasing their own return label to send the item back.

In both cases, ASRV will cover the cost of shipping any exchange items back to the customer.

All Other Countries 

At this time, we do not offer Prepaid Return Labels for customers outside the U.S. and Canada. As a result, international customers will be responsible for purchasing their own return labels through our return portal.

While return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, ASRV will cover the cost of shipping any exchange items back to you.
