How long will it take for customer service to respond during BFCM?Updated a year ago

During Black Friday/Cyber Monday, please allow 1-3 business days for our customer experience team to respond to all emails due to the large volume of inquiries we receive during this time.

Please note that our customer experience team responds to all emails in the order in which they are received. Therefore, if you keep following up in the same email, your email will be pushed to the bottom of the queue. Usually, we can catch this when email volume is low. However, during this time, please do not follow up in the same email if we haven't yet responded within 1-3 business days as your email will be pushed to the bottom of our queue.
